I train leaders across teams and organizations, and help them grow one conversation at a time.

Work with me

"Working with Ife changed everything. I came away with a full toolkit, leadership vision, development plan, and a promotion after I successfully advocated for myself." Amanda L., Communications & Marketing
"Through our sessions, I've gained a better understanding of my leadership style. One of the most significant wins was learning to manage my emotions in challenging situations. My responses to people's actions have changed dramatically, and I now approach interactions with more grace and understanding, leading to more positive outcomes at work." Funto A., Chief of Staff, Ennovate Lab
"I was struggling with taking big steps in my personal and professional life. Through the decision-making frameworks and the fresh perspective on viewing problems from multiple angles, I've become more methodical in my choices and arrived at decisions that have made a wonderful impact on my life." Tertsegha L., Coaching Client
"I was really worried that the session would be dry and overwhelming and that I wouldn't be able to apply what I had learned. The facilitator has done an outstanding job of keeping everyone engaged!" Session Participant
"Ife is very engaging and her energy keeps the session going even during moments of reflection." Session Participant
"The strategies and perspectives you shared resonated deeply with our staff, and we are already seeing positive shifts in collaboration and performance across our hybrid team. Your expertise helped us achieve the key outcomes we had hoped for, and we are excited to continue building on the momentum you helped create." HR Leader

About

Ife Shoola

I've built leadership development programs for federal agencies, trained executives through the Partnership for Public Service, and coached professionals who were talented but needed someone to help them find the language for what they already knew.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, and organizational training. I design experiences that help people advocate for themselves, hold difficult conversations, and lead with the kind of confidence that doesn't need to announce itself.

I care deeply about the details. I believe leadership development should feel like a conversation, not a curriculum. And I believe the people who do the most meaningful work are often the ones who haven't yet learned to talk about it.

So whether it's a coaching conversation at 9 PM before tomorrow's big meeting or a training session for a room full of federal leaders, I'm here for the work that makes people better at what they already do well.
